Specific SAS Analysis Approaches We Offer

Our Algorithm

• When you want to calculate the SAS of a certain part or some residues of the protein, you should use surf to calculate; specify the corresponding hydrophobic residues and hydrophilic residues, and surf can roughly calculate the hydrophobic SAS and the hydrophilic SAS.
• The gromacs software also provides a module for calculating the accessible surface of the solvent. At the same time, the Amber trajectory and topology files need to be converted, and the process is more complicated.
