• First of all, we provide biofilm exfoliation service. After exfoliation, the biofilm is suspended in a solution, and its pH is adjusted to neutral and mixed completely.
• Take 1 suspended sample and put it into a clean test tube, then add the phenol solution, after shaking and mixing, add the sulfuric acid solution, and let it react in the dark.
• After the reaction, shake again; finally, put the test tube in a 20-30°C water bath. After the water bath, perform colorimetric analysis at 490 nm.
