• Determination of Absorbance Value of Biofilm

The OD values at 595 nm were measured in three parallel samples at different incubation periods using crystalline violet staining and decolorization with ethanol-acetone, and the mean values were recorded and analyzed by one-way analysis of variance.

• Sampling the Morphological Structure of Biofilm

After incubation at different time periods, the culture medium was discarded, rinsed with PBS and dried in a warm oven, stained with crystal violet, rinsed and dried, and the biofilm structure was observed in an inverted microscope at different time periods and images were collected.

• Biofilm Formation-Related Gene Testing Services
