  • Biofilm quantitative assay: To determine the ability of ABA to form biofilms on the surface of inanimate objects, the 96-well microplate method was used to quantitatively detect the formation of ABA biofilms in single-cell, nutrient-rich and quiescent states.
  • Judgment standard of biofilm formation ability: Take the average OD value of negative control wells + 3 times standard deviation (ODc) as the threshold value, below ODc means no biofilm formed, 2×ODc<OD≤4×ODc means low biofilm, OD >4×ODc is a high yield biofilm.
  • Statistical analysis: SPSS software was used to perform χ2 test to analyze the ability of ABA to form biofilms, to analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics related to ABA biofilm formation, and the relationship between biofilm formation ability and infection/colonization site, P<0. 05 means the difference is statistically significant.
  • ABA biofilm formation ability testing in different parts: There is a close correlation between the formation ability of biofilm and the isolation site of the strain.
